1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Lemon Labs HVAC handles personal information. Lemon Labs HVAC is a trading name of AIRLIVING LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 7851, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We are the controller of the information described here.

2. Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or free prototype intake form, we collect the details you choose to enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, role, fleet size, the software you use today, the problems you'd like solved, your timeline and budget range, and any notes you add.

If you become a client, we also process the business information needed to build and support your software — for example billing contacts and the operational details you share during calls.

3. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers or sell profiling data.

4. Why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver a free prototype, scope and build your software, provide support, send service-related messages, take payment, and keep records required for tax and legal purposes.

We only send marketing email if you have asked to hear from us, and every such message includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Client data inside your software

Software we build for you may store information about your own customers — names, addresses, equipment and service history. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor: we handle it only to operate and support the system you have commissioned, on your instructions, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: application hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing. Each is bound to protect the information and use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business. We never sell your personal information.

7. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where information is transferred from the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiry and prototype request details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client and billing records are kept for as long as the engagement continues and then for the period required by law. Data held inside your software is retained per your instructions and exported or deleted after cancellation as described in our Terms.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you promptly of any breach affecting your data as required by law.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws.

11. Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make pages work — for example keeping a form or demo session in place. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
