How we got here
We spent years watching good trades businesses fight their own software. Dispatchers keeping a second whiteboard because the system couldn't handle a split day. Owners paying per seat for modules nobody opened. Techs re-typing the same serial number three times.
Then the way software gets built changed. AI-assisted development collapsed the cost of custom work — the thing that used to be a six-figure luxury became something a small, very good team could deliver in a week. So we pointed it at one industry we understand and started drawing.
